- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, hotel or property name, property type, number of rooms, location, average room rate and any message you send through our contact, audit, appointment or job application forms, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Job applications: details and documents (such as your CV) that you submit when applying for a role.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent, referring website and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Files you process with our free tools: our PDF and document tools are provided for your convenience. Please do not upload files containing sensitive personal data you do not wish to share.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries, prepare free hotel audits and proposals, and schedule meetings.
- To provide, manage and bill our services to hotels and property owners who become our clients.
- To process job applications.
