Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the digital products sold on revgrow360.com by Revgrow360 Hospitality Private Limited (“Revgrow360”, “we”, “us”), including ebooks, template kits, spreadsheets, SOP kits, message templates, bundles and any online tools included with them.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once your order is complete and the download link has been issued.

1. Before you buy

Every product page explains what is included, the file formats and the software you need. Most products also have a free sample. Please read the product page and download the free sample before you buy. If you have any question, email us at revenue@revgrow360.com and we will help you choose.

2. Instant access to digital content

By completing your purchase, you ask us to give you immediate access to the digital content and you acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel the order once the download or access has started. Where the law of your country gives you consumer rights that cannot be excluded, those rights are not affected by this policy.

3. Problems with your files

If a file is damaged, missing, will not open, or you did not receive your download link, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will send you a working file or a new download link. We may ask for your order number and a screenshot of the problem.

4. Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you buy the same product twice by mistake, email us with both order numbers within 7 days. We will review the case and, where the second order has not been downloaded, we may cancel it.

5. Payments and chargebacks

Orders are processed by our checkout partner Payhip and paid through PayPal. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can solve it quickly. Opening a payment dispute for a product that was delivered as described may lead to your access being suspended.

6. Consulting and management services

This policy covers digital products only. Our hotel revenue management, OTA management and other services are governed by the agreement signed with each client.
