Should complimentary rooms be included in occupancy?
Most hotels report paid occupancy using rooms sold only, and show complimentary and house-use rooms separately. This report shows both so the owner sees the full picture.
Why do collections not match total revenue?
Collections include advances and payments for earlier stays, while some of today's revenue may be on credit or paid later by an OTA. That is why the report shows outstanding balances separately.
